Hayaman.lk provides an online platform to search, compare, and book bus tickets operated by third-party transport providers. We are not the bus operator. We act as an intermediary between passengers and bus service providers.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive an e-ticket via SMS.
• Passengers must provide accurate personal details.

4. Fares & Payments

• All prices are displayed in LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).
• Prices may change based on availability and operator pricing.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Arrive at the boarding point at least 15–30 minutes before departure
• Follow bus operator rules and regulations

6. Operator Responsibility

• Bus schedules, delays, cancellations, and service quality are managed by the bus operator
• Hayaman.lk is not liable for operator-related issues

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the bus operator’s policy
• Cancellation fees may apply

8. Limitation of Liability

Hayaman.lk is not responsible for:

• Delays, breakdowns, or accidents
• Loss of baggage
• Service disruptions by bus operators

9. Website Use

Users must not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent bookings.
