🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Ticket Cancellation
- Tickets may be canceled before departure, subject to operator rules
- Cancellation requests must be made through our platform or support
2. Cancellation Charges
Refund amounts depend on timing:
- More than 24 hours before departure → Partial refund
- Within 24 hours → Higher cancellation fee
- After departure → No refund
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after confirmation from the operator
- Timeline: 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Rescheduling
- Some tickets may allow date/time changes
- Additional charges may apply
5. Service Cancellation by Operator
If a trip is canceled by the operator:
- Full refund OR
- Option to reschedule
6. No-Show Policy
If a passenger does not show up on time, the ticket is non-refundable.
